This is a PSR C-spanner. It is the tool used to wind the threaded collars on a coilover or a threaded sleeve up and down, which is how ride height is set on an adjustable strut.

A C-spanner is included in the PSR threaded sleeve kit (PSRSLV-KIT); this listing is the spanner on its own, for anyone who has the sleeves already or has lost the original. PSR lists it individually under part number PSRSHSP-040.

NOTE: This is a tool, not a vehicle part. Collars should be cleaned and lubricated before adjustment, and ride height changes should be followed by a wheel alignment.
