A genuine Yamaha complete intake and carburettor assembly for selected 60F 6H2 three-cylinder two-stroke outboards.

This assembly is supplied complete with all three factory carburettors, three reed-valve assemblies, the intake manifold and the connected throttle and synchronisation linkages. Supplying the components together helps preserve the original carburettor alignment, linkage relationship and intake configuration.

🔌 Function

The three carburettors independently meter fuel and air for the upper, centre and lower cylinders. Their throttle plates are joined by the supplied linkage so all three carburettors open together and remain correctly synchronised.

The intake manifold distributes the metered mixture to the crankcase passages. Each reed-valve assembly operates as a one-way intake valve, allowing the fuel-and-air charge to enter its cylinder's crankcase while preventing the mixture from being forced back through the carburettor.

• Engine is difficult to start or requires excessive choke

• Hesitation, bogging or reduced power during acceleration
• Fuel leaks or overflows from one or more float chambers
• Blocked jets or internal passages cause lean cylinder operation
• Carburettor linkages are worn or no longer synchronised
• Reed petals are chipped, bent or no longer sealing flat
• Fuel mist or mixture spits back through a carburettor
• Intake manifold is cracked, warped or leaking around the gasket surfaces
• One cylinder receives noticeably different fuel delivery from the others
