A complete cast AISI 316 stainless-steel GM/HM/YM exhaust kit replacing the original Yanmar U-bend and mixing-elbow families. It includes the lower bend, upper mixer, threaded connector, water hose barb and mounting gasket.

The kit routes exhaust through the lower bend and introduces raw water in the removable upper mixing elbow before discharge.


Common signs of failure:


• Exhaust-gas or cooling-water leakage after assembly

• Restricted exhaust flow or excessive back-pressure

• Insufficient cooling-water injection into the wet exhaust

• Corrosion or pitting at the mating flanges

• Incorrect alignment, clamp engagement or gasket compression
