Carbon Offroad

Carbon Offroad, under the Carbon Winches name, makes electric winches and recovery gear for Australian four wheel drives. Its winches use a 3 stage planetary gearbox, run synthetic rope and come with both wireless and wired remotes, and Carbon rates its current winches IP68 for water crossings and mud, with a breathable motor membrane to handle heat.

This page holds the Carbon 12K, a 12,000lb line pull winch with synthetic rope for utes and wagons, the Scout Pro V3 15,000lb winch with a black Mega Hook for heavier vehicles, and the Carbon 20mm multi-fit fairlead in black anodised alloy, which suits standard and offset mounting.

A winch should be rated at roughly one and a half times your vehicle's loaded weight, and it must suit your bullbar's winch cradle, so check both before you buy.
