Diff Armour & Bracing

The differentials are the lowest point under most four wheel drives and the first thing to hit a rock. This page holds PSR's diff armour for the front and rear housings: bolt-on and weld-on diff centre guards, rear pinion guards, front diff brace systems, upper control arm braces and weld-on drain plug guards, together with Piranha Off Road diff breather kits that move the breathers up high to keep water out during crossings.

PSR's armour is built mainly for the Nissan Patrol GQ and GU, including the H233 rear diff, and the Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series, with a rear diff pinion guard for the Hilux N80. Piranha breather adaptors are listed for the Mitsubishi Pajero and Triton MQ and the Ford Ranger PJ and PK and Mazda BT-50, along with universal adaptors, filters and brass fittings.

Check whether a guard is bolt-on or weld-on before you buy, as weld-on parts need a qualified welder. Breather filters and fittings are also sold separately for servicing an existing kit. If you are unsure, send us your vehicle and diff details through the contact page.
