  • Piranha diff breather brass base
  • Replacement / spare part for a Piranha diff breather kit
  • Genuine Piranha Off Road component
  • Sold individually

A diff breather kit takes the axle and gearbox breather points up high on the body so air is drawn from a clean, dry place instead of at axle height. That is what stops water being sucked into a hot diff during a water crossing as the housing cools and the pressure drops.

This listing is the brass base from that system, supplied on its own as a spare or replacement. Piranha lists the complete diff breather kit as containing 7m of hose, 2 filters, 2 brass fittings, hose clamps, a mounting bracket, cable ties and an installation guide, so this item is one of those components rather than the whole kit.

NOTE: This is a single component, not a complete diff breather kit. Check which part of your existing Piranha breather setup needs replacing before ordering. Fitment should be confirmed against your exact model, body style and build date before ordering, and we recommend professional fitting by a qualified workshop.

KIT CONTENTS: 1 x Piranha diff breather brass base.
